Good morning, today is Feb 4th. Hoping everyone had a great weekend. I noticed that there were two reports of missing people this morning when I was at the gym and watching the news. It seems like this is happening more often or that we are hearing about it more often. The amount of the stress on the families of those that are missing must be unbearable. Stress seems to be the driving force that gets people through horrible situations, although stress can cause you to experience other problems. Stress over time can affect your overall well being.
